SUMMARY:

1 ts Baking Powder = 1/4 ts Baking Soda + 1/4 ts Cornstarch + 1/2 ts Cream of Tartar

All-Purpose Flour = Bread Flour (equal parts) + Cake Flour (equal parts)

Breadcrumbs = Rolled Oats + Herbs

Light Brown Sugar = 1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbs unsulfured molasses

Dark Brown Sugar = 1 cup granulated sugar + 2 tbs unsulfured molasses

Cake Flour = 2 tbs Cornstarch + 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

1 cup Flour = 1 cup Black Beans (pureed)

Sugar = 1 cup Apple sauce (for every cup of apple sauce you use, reduce amount of liquid in the recipe by 1/4 cup)

Buttermilk = 1 cup Milk + 1 tbs Lemon (let the mixture sit for 10 minutes or until slightly curdled

Butter = Olive oil

Unsweetened Chocolate = 3 tbs Cocoa + 1 tbs Butter

1 ts Fish Sauce = 1 ts Light Soy Sauce + salt

1 cup Honey = 1 1/4 Graulated Sugar + 1/4 cup Liquid

1 cup mayonnaise = 1 cup Yogurt + 1 cup Sour Cream
